So, it seems that I've decided that I want to travel - the remaining question is where?

Current options under consideration are:

Note that pretty much all tour operators fudge the lengths of their tours in the same way (including flight days, etc.)

I'd go for the Israel + Egypt. But I'm not you. Sounds like you've already decided on this anyways?
