It's a boy!!

Our son will be able to use that Shakespeare quote truthfully when he's a bit older. We (me and Shena) welcomed a little boy into our lives at 0828 Thursday morning, the 13th of September. His name is Miles Gideon Boes. He weighed 6# 13oz (one ounce lighter than Eliana was), and was 51cm long (same as his big sister!) He was born by caesarean section due to lying breach. It was very surreal to say the night before "tomorrow, we're going to the hospital to have a baby). In fact, we knew for over a week which day we were going to have this child. Those who live in the area are welcome to stop by the maternity ward at LMH and say hi, we're in room 345. Due to the c-section, Shena and Miles should be discharged Sunday morning.

PS (for those who are thinking it)...kind of fitting that my son is born on a 13th, don't you think?!

Congrats!

I don't think that I'll get around to dropping by this evening, but the flight is booked for me to be in town around thanksgiving. We'll have to get together sometime that weekend.

So... who has more hair - you or him?
