Ouch!
Classes have kicked into gear once again, and that means
- The good: I don't have time to spend money
- The bad: I don't have time to spend money
Add up prepaying 8 months of Shaw, prepaying utils for a while, paying off my BC student loan in one lump sum, finishing furnishing my place, buying textbooks and school supplies, a flight to Vancouver, and considerable eating out while visiting or visited and you have August as a rather expensive month!
On a related I seem to have come down with a case of new-furnituritis, as the fumes from the glue in new plywood furniture and I don't get along so well. Any suggested remedies beyond ventilation, allergy medication, and time?

I recommend sleep. However,
I recommend sleep. However, seeing as classes have now begun, I believe you'll probably spend more dollars per day than you will get sleep (rent not included).

Uhm, not really! Your space
Uhm, not really! Your space is enclosed. It's too bad you can't leave it out on a deck or something to air out for awhile. Maybe if you wash it, some of the extra fumes will go away? Sorry, I'm no expert!

Odour eaters
There are various odour eaters that eliminate odour, you want to be sure it is "eating" rather than just masking the odour. Febreeze is a good example, usually in a spray bottle. I also got these cans of absorbent odour eating stuff from Home Hardware (on sale) that seemed to work pretty good, you just open the can and it absorbs odours for a few weeks before drying out and finishing it's task (they were a dollar or two each).
