"People Are Defecating in the Hallways"

NBC New York yesterday shows people saying that they haven't seen FEMA or Red Cross personel in their area yet since Hurricane Sandy despite the damage:

It seems a bit silly to me to blame/praise President Bush/Obama for their actions surrounding Hurricane Katrina/Sandy. Personally I just wish they'd stay out of the area rather than showing up for their seemingly obligatory photo ops.
